AI-native operating platforms
From routine automations to fully cognitive agentic operating systems. First we listen and learn how you actually work. Then we tell you where we can help...and then we build it.
The difference
01 / Thesis
Thinking about AI and the economy, so you don't have to.
02 / Proof
We eat our own cooking. If we propose it to you, we have probably used it ourselves.
03 / Service
More revenue. Less cost. Better decisions. We build platforms that get you there.
What we build
We don't sell slide decks, we deliver outcomes.
Every proposal we deliver you may do with someone else if you wish, or implement yourself, or use us.
Most people we work with choose to use us.
Stage one
We listen, and learn, and understand, and then we propose. Focused on the outcome you want and the resources you have, with solutions that are proportional to your business and its needs.
Stage two
Our objective is to deliver what you need and ensure your team can take, maintain and build forward on top of it.
You own the outcome.
No open-ended consulting agreements, no black boxes that only we understand.
You own it and your team understands it.
The capabilities
A
Foundational
Manual processes are turned into automated ones. While we are at it, we audit those processes to eliminate duplication and redundancy, for greater efficiency and reduced complexity.
B
Transformational
An AI-powered platform that acts as a second brain. It learns your voice, learns what is important to you, keeps track of your decisions and helps you shed mundane tasks so you can focus on what is truly important to you.
Thinking
It informs how we think about our work, and why we feel such urgency about it.
The founder
John's background makes him uniquely qualified to bring AI into your business. With over 20 years of finance, risk and operations experience, as well as AI certifications from Wharton and IBM, he is a business leader who understands AI. Not an AI person trying to understand business.
For more than twenty years he ran finance, operations and risk for ultra-wealthy families and complex investment groups. He built a family office from scratch in Monaco, hired the team that ran it, and sat on the investment and risk committees that decided where the money went. He oversaw portfolios spanning several hundred holdings, from listed equity and debt to hedge funds and private equity.
He founded a pan-European real estate investment firm, structured private deals, and raised capital markets financing measured in the billions. He has been on the other side of the table, with real money on the line, and he built the systems that kept it disciplined.
